Ordering & shipping

Do you ship across South Africa?

Yes — overnight courier, SA-wide. Free for orders over R 1 500; otherwise a flat R 170. Outlying areas may take a second business day.

How is my parcel packaged?

Discreetly — neutral outer box with no peptide branding. The invoice and a usage card are inside.

Can I pay by EFT?

Yes. Choose 'Manual EFT' at checkout and we'll email banking details. Your order ships once the payment reflects, usually within one business day.

Can I order via WhatsApp?

Absolutely. Use the WhatsApp button at checkout or message 076 547 8764 directly. Many of our customers prefer this for the first order.

Are these products medical-grade?

Our peptides are positioned for research and health-assistance use. We source carefully but cannot make pharmaceutical claims. Always consult a clinician for prescription decisions.

How do I store peptide vials?

Lyophilised (powder) vials: room temperature is fine, fridge is better. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within the period stated on the product page.

Can I stack multiple products?

Often yes, but read every product's caution section. Don't stack two GLP-1s. If in doubt, WhatsApp us your stack and we'll flag any concerns.

What if I miss a dose?

For weekly peptides: take it as soon as you remember, then resume your normal weekly schedule. For daily protocols: skip the missed dose if it's almost time for the next one — never double up.

Safety & cautions

Are peptides safe?

Most peptides have favourable safety profiles in studies, but they are biologically active and have side effects. Read each product's caution section. Always consult a clinician — particularly if you have a chronic condition or take prescription medication.

Can I use these while pregnant or breastfeeding?

No. None of our peptides or thermogenic supplements are appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

I'm on prescription medication. What now?

Talk to your prescriber before adding anything. We can flag obvious interactions, but your clinician knows your full picture.

Refunds & support

Can I return an item?

For health-product reasons we cannot accept returns of opened vials, pens or supplements. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced — message us within 48 hours of delivery.

How do I get protocol guidance?

WhatsApp us. We can talk you through reconstitution, titration and timing. We are not a substitute for medical advice — for prescription-class items we expect you to involve a clinician.
